Jafar Noori was selected among 500 applicants by Innovationsfonden as one of the fourty accepted candidates for the Iværksætterpilot Program. Starting from February 2015 Jafar Noori will be working at IPM on developing a sensor prototype through this program. The aim is to present a working prototype that has the ability to detect specific contaminants in water by the end of January 2016. The program is hosted by Innovationsfonden in cooperation with Pluss and Væksthusene. Innovationsfonden is a fund under the Ministry of Research, which purpose is to provide grants for the development of knowledge and technology, including high technology, leading to the strengthening of research and innovative solutions for growth and employment in Denmark. Pluss assists companies, organizations and community institutions to develop and realize their potential through the development of governance, strategy, management and organization. Væksthusene was established in order to create a strong business support system in Denmark for the benefit of entrepreneurs and companies with growth ambitions and growth potential.
